Each responsibility, its own module.
From the coordinator to the territory servant, every member finds the tools that simplify their daily work.
Territory management
As the territory servant, you spend hours maintaining maps, tracking attributions, and generating S-13 reports. Unitae transforms this work.
Create and maintain your territories with a living address database. Every address, every building, every detail is recorded and updated automatically.
- Door-to-door, universities, businesses, telephone, hotels — every type your assembly actually covers
- Map-driven editor: click markers to add, remove, or reassign entrances across territories — every cross-territory move recorded in the audit log
- Carte de l’assemblée: draw your preaching territory and named, colored zones; they print on every territory card so publishers always know where they stand
- Automatic sync with the French National Address Database (BANO) — new buildings appear without anyone typing them
- Building prospection with intercoms, keypads, household counts, businesses, hotels, universities — the detail publishers actually need at the door
- Split tool: turn your prospected buildings into ready-to-assign territory cards, by category
- Attributions with checkout, return, and color-coded status (on time, due soon, overdue) — visible everywhere across the app
- Official S-13 in one click, PDF cards with optional map page, CSV export, and coverage statistics by theocratic year (September–August)

Publishers and reports
Monthly activity report tracking should not take an entire day. With Unitae, every publisher is tracked, every report is compiled automatically.
Manage your publishers' profiles, organize them into field service groups, and track their activity month after month. Exports are ready when you need them.
- Full profiles: publisher, auxiliary, regular, special pioneer, missionary, anointed, elder, ministerial servant
- Ministry-school students appear in the same list — assign them to student talks before they’re declared publishers
- Offline publishers: people without an email or login still appear in attribution dropdowns, group rosters, and activity reports
- Field service groups with responsible and deputy — group overseers submit reports for their own members
- Monthly reports: hours, Bible studies, pioneer service — recorded by theocratic year (September–August)
- Lifecycle handled cleanly: mark as left when someone moves away (reversible), anonymise later for GDPR — activity numbers stay for statistics
- Individual PDF report, batch ZIP export, annual Excel summary — every export ready when the circuit overseer asks
- Active/inactive status tracking per month — see at a glance who still needs a follow-up

Information board
Important communications drown in WhatsApp by 6pm. Schedules disappear into inboxes. The digital information board stops that.
Share congregation documents as PDFs, organize them by section, and control when they are visible. Track who has viewed each document.
- PDF documents organised by collapsible, reorderable sections with document counters
- Section visibility by role — restrict elders’ letters to elders, or keep a “Service committee” section visible to that role only
- Visibility scheduling (start and end dates) plus highlighting for featured documents
- New / Unread / Updated badges and per-member read tracking — know who has viewed each document
- Version history on every document; dynamic documents (publisher groups, pioneer list, live programmes) re-flag themselves unread when the underlying data changes
- In-app PDF viewer that works on desktop, iOS, and Android — no download needed; uploader and validator roles separate writing from approval

Programmes and absences
Organizing meetings, assigning speakers, knowing who will be absent — without Unitae, it’s a jigsaw puzzle. With Unitae, it’s under control.
Define recurring programme templates, assign speakers and service roles, manage absences, and export print-ready PDFs.
- Programme templates: midweek, weekend, memorial — plus the ones you define for your assembly
- Parallel parts (tracks) for simultaneous rooms — the main hall while a second classroom runs next door
- Smart assignments: rotation history, availability, and current-event load shown at the moment you pick a brother
- Role-gated parts and services: “only Elders for the public talk”, “only baptized publishers for the platform reader” — built-in or custom roles
- Automatic conflict detection with days off — blocked at assignment, flagged retroactively when a member declares a new absence
- External speakers registry, separate from publishers — pick visiting speakers, archive them when no longer needed
- Personal calendar feed: every member subscribes their Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook to their own assignments and absences
- Per-template delegation, customizable event kinds with colors, PDF export filtered by template and date range

Your dashboard
No more digging through menus to find what matters. Each member sees their own view the moment they log in.
The dashboard gives every member a personalized overview: their territories, upcoming assignments, latest documents, and reported absences — all in one place.
- Urgent strip surfacing overdue territories, day-off conflicts, and imminent assignments — only when there’s something to act on
- Assigned territories with color-coded status (on time, due soon, overdue) and a one-click PDF download
- Next meeting with your highlighted parts and service roles, plus the assignments you owe at that event
- Latest documents from the information board with per-member unread indicators
- Admin onboarding checklist for new congregations — disappears once your space is set up
